This is a slight remix of an existing model (https://www.printables.com/model/779505-ikea-besta-hanviken-door-child-lock) to remove the edge on the mounting face of the door side of the mechanism.
The interior of my Bestå doors did not have this edge to mount on, so I needed a flat surface.
