Just hammer your extrusion to the square hole in the middle of the screw and use 30 mm wrench to make a firm establishment of your new RepRap build!
OK, seriously, I just needed a ground screw for my CCTV column and the easiest way to get one at the weekend was print it. Surprisingly it works - printed with 5 perimeters with PETG and .8 nozzle on XL. The column is like 3 meters tall and it holds very well.
