In a nutshell, I had the idea, wanted to check if somebody did it already. Bingo, but far too loose CAD (~2.1mm). I think mistake in updload: nearly all users had similar issue but not the creator.
So I've redone an editable model under freecad.
Free to you to change dimension to fit your need. (other kind of cell, more or less tight, disposition…)
Modification done:
- male dovetail increased by 0.95mm*2 so 1.9mm. So it remains more or less 0.25mm of play. Tight fit and can be disassemble.
- decreased diameter for battery from 18.9mm to 18.5mm. Slighly tight but you can try less.
The 3mf is for a Prusa Mini with Sherpa Mini extruder and Input Shaper and 25 bracket.
