Results may vary, but if you can't connect the legs to the bracket try sanding down the seams.

Infill: Triangles @ 20%
(5hrs++) per legs
(4hrs++) per brackets
(2hrs++) per leg caps
Use M4x20 buttonhead & nut to secure brackets together
Haven't tried it yet but you can try setting top & bottom layer thickness to 0mm and infill line multiplier to 2 for more cooler looking print.
Also to cut print time you can print with 0.28mm resolution
