I have a PVC stop valve on an outdoor water line to drain the line for the winter. It is a ProLine (Mueller model 105-404). After 5 years, the handle became brittle and snapped off. This replacement faucet handle is a little larger and easier to grip. I printed this in PETG to better withstand the weather and sunlight.
- 1st layer height: 0.2mm
- Layer height: 0.3mm
- Nozzle size: 0.6mm (though 0.4mm should work as well)
- No supports
I used PrusaSlicr with default settings for Generic PETG, printed on a textured steel sheet. The first layer was a little bit of a mess but corrected itself with additional layers.
