A document stand can be useful to help keep your documents upright and easy to read. I remembered seeing something similar to this model a few years ago, so I tried to recreate it from memory, and this is the result.

Assembly

Turn the document stand upside down and fill it with sand or something heavy, such as old nuts. Press on the snap-on lid, and if you want it rock solid, glue the lid in place.

Printing and print settings

The best way to print the document stand is flat on the bottom. In the model files the parts are oriented in the best direction for printing. Use PLA for printing with a layer height of 0.2mm or less and a nozzle width of 0.4mm. A wall thickness of at least 3 lines and an infill of 25%. I recommended using a support structure for printing.
