You want max adhesion so rafts or your slicer equivalent will help.
Infill shouldn't make much difference, I used 20%
This is a tall model- almost 240mm so make sure your printer can fit it.
For some reason Cura keeps putting the model at the corner of the platform so you may need to move it to center before slicing.
Adding just the bottom in case you want to test the fit before committing.
