The Ford Expedition has had issues with the cupholder breaking at the bottom and falling into the center console. This makes the cupholder unusable and even some of the fixes online are only temporary.
This model firmly slides into that space, allowing the cupholder to work again!
I printed on a MK4 without supports using standard settings with no issues. As PLA is heat sensitive, I'll likely print on PETG eventually if it starts to warp in the summer.
