These bumpers will protect things from getting scratched from the knurling on most PL-259 connector nuts. These were scratching the cup holder when using my SWR meter during rainy POTA activations. Yes I could use tape, but I didn't buy a 3D printer just to tape things!
I modeled this for the newer DXEngineering PL-259 crimp connectors with an 18mm (0.708") outside diameter nut, but you can scale it to fit your connector. Any TPU should work. The step at the end of one side of the bumper can go on the front or rear of the nut. I force it over the nut so it's at the rear so it can't slip off.
