I love making cheesecakes but always found it hard to find the right thing to easily and evenly tamp down the cracker crust. So I make a tool to make the job super fast and easy. It fits my 6x3 and 9x3 inch spring form pans perfectly. I made the sides tall so you can also do a full bottom and side crust if you like. You could use it to tamp pretty much anything.
