The US General 5 drawer tool cart has pass-through holes in the top compartment for long pry bars or screwdrivers. However, these holes are too large to nicely hold smaller screwdrivers. These inserts fit the 3 hole sizes and have a variety of screwdriver shaft sizes in each hole size. O-rings are used to secure the inserts into the holes and prevent them from coming out or wobbling. The STLs are designed for the following orings:
| Hole Size | O-ring dimensions (ODxID, mm) | McMaster Part # |
| Small | 14 x 9 | 9262K425 |
| Medium | 22.5 x 17.5 | 9262K921 |
| Large | 27 x 21 | 9262K739 |
These o-rings were chosen based on what would work with the size and was cheapest on McMaster. To install, place the insert in the cart first then slip the oring on to secure.
Included is the Fusion file. Under User Parameters there are values for everything so the model is adjustable for your particular needs, including shaft size and o-ring dimensions
