A paper towel or shop twoel holder that can be printed as tall as needed, in roughly 150mm incraments. You can glue and pin the segments using dowels of 1.7mm filament. I reccomend printing the mid and top sections horizonally for best results.
Note: after printing this myself, i ended up having to use a soldering iron to give enough clearance for the filament dowels. You could also use a drill perhaps.
