Replacement jaws for 6in Irwin vices. The jaw should printed out of a durable material- the original is ABS and is holding up well. It is attached to the vice using the screws that hold the stock jaws on and the soft jaw insert is slid in from the side covering the screws.
Designed in two pieces so the soft jaws can be replaced with use or customized over time with inserts should you have some odd piece that needs holding or they get worn out.
The insert design is a 20 degree dovetail should you want to design your own insert and is printed with 0 clearance; on an x-smart 3 that provided a perfect slip fit. Print ribbed side down with no support and turns out fine, The jaw body should be printed dovetail up with support for the overhang. Some clearance was built into the design so if the supports don't come off perfectly its still perfectly usable.
