The arms look better when tree support is used, but it can be printed without supports.
Remove the base of the tea light from the lid by placing a precision flathead or thin tool like a pin into the one square hole closest to the perimeter on the base. It should pry off easily.
Then apply a thin line of CA glue to the inner edges of the circular cutout in the ghost's base.
Place the tea light base into the cutout of the ghost's base and let it dry before operating.
I recommend turning the light on when gluing so the switch is farther away from the edge.
