Add drawing with acrilic markers for some vintage touch. Glue some brooch pin. You can glue some gem stone or glass into the middle hole or you can add colourful beads. You can sew various decorations into its holes.Use contrasting colors to make the decor stand out. I used PETG but you can use PLA.
