After looking at every cascade wallet model around, none met my needs. So I made a new one.
This one holds 4 cards and has a pocket on the back for non-rigid cards/papers (insurance, cash, etc.).
Print standing (stl and step should import in correct orientation), gently release the arm as it tends to stick just a bit, push the arm or the spreader (from underneath) to free the mechanism. It generally frees up and swings smooth after a few movements.
Clearances are set at 0.2mm and I've successfully printed in PLA, ASA, and PETG on multiple printers.
