This laptop stand raises the laptop about 65mm (≈15°).
I've made two versions, one with a flat surface and one with slots for 2x7mm rubber feet.
The surface the laptop sits on is about ≈240mm long, the dimensions for the hook as in the picture.
I would recommend printing it on the side.
