this is designed to prevent the filament from tangling up with the printhead, it also reduces friction on the filament.
It also reduces the friction on the filament when it is being pulled by the extruder, Imade this because im not using the top spool holder, im using a filament drier.
This holder can be fixed with zip ties and will also slide around to ensure that the extruder can pull the filament freely.
A filament sensor can just be placed before the small hole.
It should also prevent the filament from eating away the filament runout sensor
