I get constant clogging w/ my Dragon HF so this is my attempt to remedy the issue.
I noticed that in the official Dragon printhead narrows the airflow considerably. This seems like a good idea to get the air to the copper heatsink where it's needed. But in doing so, I believe it is unnecessarily restricting the airflow. Additionally, the stealthburner ducts push the air to the bottom where the melt zone is, not the heatsink. This might be causing the heater to run hotter to maintain the desired print temp.
My CAD skills are rudimentary and I only have a few prints on it so far. No clogging, but absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.
You have been warned. If you decide to use this, please let us know how it works out.
I also combined this print with https://www.printables.com/model/416006-enlarged-exhaust-ports-for-voron-stealthburner-pha/files which could arguably be more important in taking heat away
