Are you tired of your forks bending under the weight of your meal? Have you ever wondered what a fork with some mass behind it would look like? Do you also enjoy memes? I present to you all, The Thicc Fork, also known as the “Thork”

This fork laughs at the face of a full plate of food. I'm pretty sure it could support a family of 5 with its heft. It lacks some of the piercing ability the thinner units possess but it more than makes up for it with the raw sturdiness of each prong!

This one was fun to design, it can be scaled and only gets more nonsensical with added size.

Those who have seen the meme will get the reference, those who don't, once again I am sorry lol.

Print settings:

  • Layer height: 0.14mm-0.2mm dealer's choice. I used 0.2mm.
  • Walls: 2-4 walls, dealer's choice. I used 3 walls.
  • Infill percentage: 10-20% dealer's choice. I used 20%.
  • Supports: None needed.
  • Material: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, dealer's choice. I used PLA
  • A Brim should be utilized as the contact patch is small compared to the height of the part.

There is one last item to make on this meme quattro however I may abstain from the uncomfortable champagne glass design until I get my resin printer station up and running. I test print all my designs and that is one I know will result in more failures than success with FDM.

As stated in prior, this is a strictly aesthetic print and should not be used in anything food related. It will be impossible to properly sanitize regardless of layer adhesion, micro cracks and gaps exist.
