I printed from PETG and ABS and both seem very durable, PLA will likely be too brittle for this design. I made a narrow version and a thicc version. STEP files are included for you to do with as you please as long as you attribute my design in any remixes and use the same license. The retaining shelf on the bottom might need to be thickened up in order to survive off road use.
Recommended print with 4 walls minimum and high infill. I did 4 perimeters with a .6mm nozzle and 50% 3d Honeycomb infill. It feels stronger than the original part. Print sideways, so the layer lines will run parallel with the height of the bottle. See photo:
This is an original design I made using a photo of the original cracked bracket, and calipers. I did not source any other designs to make this since I was unable to find any.
