I wanted to make drawers for my empty spools. However, I didn't want to spend a lot of plastic or time so I did this remix. Just put the box part to print in vasemode and then print the column to support it in a normal way (I glued it with instant glue).

The wider the nozzle you use, the stronger the box will be (even if you use a 0.4, I recommend setting the extrusion width to 0.6).

Since it is printed in vase mode, you can scale it to whatever size you need because it will not affect the thickness of the walls. This model is for a spool of

inner diameter 88mm
outer diameter 198mm
Height = 56mm (don't forget that the total height including the pin on the slicer is 61.2mm)

But it will work on any spool that has 4 equally separated holes

(it took me about 2 hours and 80g of plastic to print everything)
