Electrical enclosure had no space to add a new element and had to find a quick and simple solution to speed up the upgrade. This came out as a quick and simple design. Also there was no need for new or extra enclosure ans all the extra work that comes with that change.
You can use two holes to secure the spacer to DIN rail if needed. Upper DIN rail is mounted with M4 x 10mm screw. There is a hole where you insert M4 bolt that is pulled and secured in the plastic.
I produce 3D printed parts as a complements to my main injection molding products. DIN rails are also produced by me.
