Assembly
Dividers and base can be printed separately for maximum structural strength. Use output -parameter to select if you want to export the whole mesh or just the divider or the base bar.
Use super glue to attach dividers to base.
Making parts fit
Print base and one divider first to test fit. Model has parameter for tolerance, which makes cut outs in the base wider.
Make it strong
Some tips to make model stronger.
- Print base bars and dividers without tolerance and use file to get tight fit.
- Print thick dividers, which will decrease vertical play of the dividers
