This is a copy of the part of the luggage rack mount which is plastic. It's the piece that mounts under the chrome caps and locks the luggage rack into position. I decided to put a decent fillet on the base of the center post for some added strength, since there's plenty of room for it under the cap.
I personally didn't need this, but I figured that I would copy it and upload the model for anyone that might. I imagine it would be best to print it in ABS/ASA.
