I made an ultimate bitholder for the Wiha slimline bits including the (electric) screwdrivers and charger(see photo's). This is the simpel version with just the satisfying magnetic bitholder.
Some CA glue magnet assembly required.
In total it holds the following:
- SL/PZ1, SL/PZ2
- PZ0, PZ1, PZ2
- PH0, PH1
- PH2,
- Hex 1.5, Hex 2, Hex 2.5, Hex 3, Hex 4, Hex 5, Hex 6
- Torx 5, Torx 6, Torx 7, Torx 8, Torx 9, Torx 10, Torx 15, Torx 20, Torx 25
- Flat 1.5, Flat 2, Flat 2.5, Flat 3, Flat 3.5, Flat 4, Flat 5.5, Flat 6.5
As mentioned it requires round 8x4mm magnets(x32) (or 2, round 8x2mm magnets but the x64)
Printer setting:
- I printed with Prusament PETG
- 0.4 mm nozle
- 0.1mm layer height
- 30% gyroide infill
- print with supports
