I made this cover for my folding bike seat post to not scratch it and floor as it is used as one of the stand points for it.
It's a tight fit, needed some hammering for it to not push itself out.
I recommend more infill, bottom layers and wall loops for wider part for it to be more rigid. I used:
- 0-4.5mm height
- Infill is honeycomb (50%)
- Bottom shell layers 7
- Wall loops 5
Printed mine using Fiberlogy TPU (Fiberflex 40D), 0.2mm,
