This is ancillary to the latch posted by Daveofthings (https://www.printables.com/en/model/247941-latch-for-rubbermaid-toolbox/comments. It fits between the toolbox and the latch. Following his lead, I made the holes slightly undersized to allow for variation between printers.
The OEM pins are 3/32" diameter (music wire is a good substitute if you lost yours like I did). A #43 drill bit makes a nice press-fit hole.
Support is required, print on the edge so the layers end up vertical in use. I used organic supports to the bed only in Orca slicer. For strength, I suggest 4 walls thicknesses with 100% infill. I printed both Daveofthings latches and these hinges in tough PLA and they are holding up to carrying the full load of tools in the box via the handle in the lid.
