I was asked to repair an older flip chart of unknown manufacturer and type. One of its issues was that one of the side covers of the aluminium extrusion that holds the paper in place was completely missing and the other one half-broken. This caused the extrusion to move around and get out of alignment.
From the half-broken part, I designed this replacement. Print one as-is and one mirrored. They fit very snug in order to keep the extrusion from moving side-to-side … so you will have to carefully hammer it into the extrusion. I strongly recommend PETG.
