The Y-axis limit switch bracket of my printer was starting to show cracks, so I designed this one. It has a little block on the back to keep the threads that go into the extruded profiles semi-aligned, so the bracket goes in much easier than the original.
The screw holes for the PCB are a little too small by design, so those will need to be drilled out, or alternatively you could melt in the screws with a soldering iron.
I used PLA+ with a 220c nozzle temp and 55c bed temp, with the largest flat side to the buildplate, no supports.
I used 3 perimeter walls, which makes it pretty much solid due to the size. 2 perimeter walls with a 15% infill is probably fine too.
