I present to you my custom-designed magnet model for 3D printing, shaped as a DN100 flange. This sophisticated model features a total of three magnets, each measuring 3x6 mm, which are embedded directly into the flange body. This ensures that the magnets are securely fixed in place, providing reliable magnetic strength. I printed this model using standard PLA material, which ensures ease of printing and good mechanical properties. In the files section you can download a prepared bgcode where a pause in printing is set to insert magnets.
