The rubber cap fell of my Xbox one controller so I designed a new one.
you should print it standing on the flat surface intended for it to sit up at 45% angle. The 3mf file should be in the correct orientation.
pointed mine at .16 layer hight with automatic tree supports. I used PLA but you might get a bit better grip in TPU.
it will likely work with Xbox Series controllers, try it out and let me know. [Update: Works with TPU had to make some minor adjustment. I have added the file to this listing]
