A couple of years ago I bought an np5 gryphon secondhand, and wanted to design something to make mine a little different from the other ones out there. 2 years later and I finally got around to doing it! The NP5SD replaces several parts from the base np5 to more closely resemble its HK counterpart. I believe it's compatible with the manual version, but I designed this around the solenoid version, so don't quote me on that. I've also included the (very cluttered) Fusion360 file if anyone wants to further remix it. All files have been pre-oriented for printing. (Note: this upload only contains the files to convert your np5 to an SD, you will need to download the np5 files as well!)

The Technical Things™
The magwell, handguard, grip, gas tube, and barrel have all been modified as follows:
Magwell: Chopped at an angle for better resemblance.
Grip: Base angle changed, added finger shelf on the bottom.
Grip Plates: Palm swells and thumb cutout added. (not sure if this is actually comfortable)
Handguard: Separated from motor cover, combined with front sight, new ribbed design. (also made supportless)
Gas Tube: Front Gas Tube: shortened to accommodate suppressor, Rear Gas Tube: removed selector switch area, sloped rail by 2°.
Barrel: Added HK style Tri-Lug for mounting suppressor.
In theory, you could mix and match parts between all the different versions (use the riser tube on a base np5, or even use the palm swell grip on a stock gryphon)

Grip Core (for Rev Trigger)
Assembly of the flywheel cage and handguard are a bit finicky and need to be done in a certain order:
1- Secure Top Flywheel Cover to Flywheel Cage
2- Screw Motor Cover to Flywheel Cage
3- Attach assembly To Magwell
4- Secure Rear Gas Tube to rest of blaster
5- Insert Front Gas Tube to Handguard
6- Attach Handguard Assembly to Flywheel Cage
7- Insert Tri-Lug Barrel
8- Attach Suppressor
