Here's a diffuser with buttons to print for an A10C UFC I made. The case is from thewarthogproject.com (you can download it there).

Here's the link to the UFC: https://github.com/w3z315/a10c-simpit-pcbs/tree/main/ufc/pcb

Buttons print best with 0.2mm nozzle! The rest is printed with 0.4mm nozzle. I've printed everything on a Bambulab P1P with AMS.

I've used multicolors for the text:

  • Translucent PLA and Gray PLA for the Buttons, select the colors accordingly.
  • Translucent PLA for all Diffuser parts (e.g. the big plate)
  • Translucent PLA and Black PLA for the MasterCaution button

Assembly:

Print everything, put the buttons inside of the diffuser. Then insert a rod in a hole where the buttons go, as far as you can manage. Then cut off excess material. You might need to print 3 rods.
