Printer Brand:

XYZprinting

Printer:

da Vinci 1.0 Pro 3in1

**Rafts:**

No

Supports:

No

**Resolution:**

0.20

Infill:

100%

**Filament:** Not relevant PLA As you like

Notes:

The printing is very simple: I used PLA white (for the tiles) and PLA silk-black (for the base) Printing set: 220 °C, plate 40°C; nozzle 0.4 mm.
Print Speed of 30 mm/s.
Printing time 4 h about

Unique critical point: the printing of "lack" tile (it is very small and it may require some sanding)

Note: the poor quality of one tile showed in the photos is due to the printing bed (poorly covered with blue tape :-( )

Post-Printing =============

Time 0: the base is covered with the 4 main tiles

Removal of 4 main tiles from the base (the small tile in the lower part of base is the "lack")

Flip any tile and reposition over the base (step 1)

Step 2

Step 3

Step 4, plus the small tile "lack" to complete the whole surface area of base... ???

How I Designed This ===================

The drawing made with Fusion 360
