I bought some "Hypersonic" windshield sprayer nozzles on Amazon. The quality of the nozzles was fantastic, but the angle adjustment parts included in the box did not work for my 1993 Toyota Pickup and its rather upright windshield.
The fluid hit the windshield way too low with the original parts included in the product packaging. This part I created increases the sprayer angle angle relative to the mounting surface to 45 degrees. In my application this put the spray pattern dead center in the middle of the windshield, exactly where I wanted it.
You will need to print two copies for each sprayer nozzle. One goes between the nozzle and the top of the hood (bonnet), the other goes between the underside of the hood and the retaining nut for the nozzle assembly.
STEP file included so you can pretty easily adjust the angle to suit your own needs.
