The original holder was broken after a few days, so I had to print a new one. You'll need 6x M5x55 and 6x stop nuts (normal nuts do work, but may come loose).
Use supports for the fork part and print with the outside facing down on the printbed. I also recommend 15% infill and 5 perimeters, 5 bottom/top layers for massive sturdiness.
