This is a remix from the toothpick case / holder by @WanderWardr.
Since my toothpicks were only 58mm and I wanted a smaller version for travel I made some changes to the design and removed the screw-on top.
Things changed between this and the original:
- The design is largely smaller and can fit up to 68mm picks
- Outer size is 21.6mm x 21.6mm x 64 mm
- I used the ‘light’ version of the plug
- The screw-on cap has been removed, as it was more bulky and filling is easily done from the top
- Added a bottom with rounded corners
Printed at:
- Polymaker Polyterra PLA+ White
- 0.4 mm nozzle
- 0.15 mm layer height (structural)
- I used a small brim, may not be necessary
- I printed the base with the flat side on top, since the bottom has rounded corners printing this way should be easier
Todo:
- Make the plug ends a bit thicker so it has more resistance
- Make the hole a bit larger to accommodate larger picks
- Add a few more rounded corners to the top
- Print it with Wood PLA to match the toothpicks ;)
