A small part used together with a nut and bolt to get an adjustable spring tension on the stock Rigidbot extruder.
Details
Take apart the extruder and start by drilling a small (ca 1 mm) guide hole in the center of the cross holding the spring all the way through the lever.
Widen the hole to 3 mm all the way through.
Remove the remains of the cross with a sharp knife.
Drill the hole HALF WAY through to 4mm from the bottom (same side as where the cross were)
Mount a socket head screw, a nut, the printed part and the spring as shown in the pictures.
Reassemble the extruder and adjust the tension by turning the screw with a hex key through the hole :-)
