Update: A reinforced version along with a non-reinforced two hole variant is now available.
This is a mounting bracket for the Thanos emergency stop.
The four hole non-reinforced version allows it to be mounted to a 40x80 piece of aluminum extrusion. The bracket requires four M6x15 bolts and t-nuts. Its recommended to print with thicker walls (1.5mm minimum) for strength.
The Thanos e-stop will mount onto the bracket aligning the holes on the e-stop to the circular nubs and then sliding it up into place (as if it was to be mounted onto a wall). Once the bracket is slid into place, the top 2 mounting holes for the M6 bolts will be available. In addition, the 2 bottom M6 bolts should slightly overlap the bottom metal tab of the Thanos e-stop in order to eliminate any potential movement.
The two hole non-reinforced extrusion version requires two M6x15 bolts and t-nuts. It is intended to be mounted to a single 40x40 piece of aluminum extrusion.
The reinforced THANOS f-stop mount version was updated by Thanos (Thank you Thanos!). This version utilizes three flat-top/countersunk M3x8mm screws that are inserted into the bottom of the THANOS f-stop_mount_4080_base into the THANOS f-stop_mount_4080_nub for additional reinforcement. Three THANOS f-stop_mount_4080_nubs should be printed and then installed utilizing the M3x8 screws.
