Use the thin nut that comes with the antenna to pull the lower hex part into its place (3rd picture).
Printed it with PET-G, 0,2 mm layer height, 15% infill.
You will need to push the grate aside a bit with a screwdriver or something to fit the connector (that goes to the PCB) through.
