As you probably don't find yourself with the same phone and the same generic binoculars just use this as inspiration. It happens to fit the phone perfectly lining the 1x camera with the scope.
Maybe if you have the Xperia 5 you could use these measurements for a mount, a stand or even adapt it for a different lens knowing the correct center point.
