You can use your own color combination, fill percentage and infill pattern. Perhaps you will do the opposite 100% filling of the frame. You can also use colored lamps.

You need to adjust the diameter yourself. I think it's better to place two models together. The frame should scale exactly with the text together.
For frame:
I use infill Honeycomb 30%.
Top layer 0.
Bottom layer 0.
For extra safety, it is advisable to use LED lamps and no more than 5 watts, they are not so hot. At first, you should observe and make sure that there is no excessive heating or melting from your lamp.
