This is a fin-based bicycle shaped wind spinner. I printed it using PETG filament of various colors. The .3mf file shows the optimal printing positions and relative locations of the parts. Assembly is simple and straight forward. Use the water bottle, stem clip and light to clamp the left and right frame together. The only possible extra requirement is a small dab of superglue at the area of the left and right frame seat and handle bar to fasten them together.
You may want to place the stem in a flower pot or other strategic location.
