  • Prints in about 30 minutes on a Bamboo Lab printer

Usage:

  1. Slide hook over table edge
  2. Hang bag on hook
  3. Weight of bag secures hook to table
  4. To remove, lift bag and unhook from table edge

Design Notes: This is inspired by another hook on this platform which didn't have remix allowed, so I redesigned the whole thing myself and changed pretty much everything about it. The hook is made to use the weight of the bag to secure itself to the table and it should be able to accommodate thin tables and rather thick ones as well. Surprisingly, 8mm thickness is sufficient to provide a very big amount of strength to this hook.

Funny Note: I actually found out that designing in PowerPoint with the options of shape merge, intersect, and combine, and then exporting that shape to SVG and back to Fusion 360 was a million times faster than trying to do it directly as a sketch in Fusion 360. I recommend it lol!

Files Included:

  • STL for printing
  • PowerPoint source file
  • Fusion 360 file

I find this very handy when I'm on holiday in places where there is possible theft and it keeps my bag off the ground if it's dirty.

Enjoy!
