Quick 4-8 min print depending on layer height. I cut my roach card in half as the full length is too long and 9/10 i end up cutting the card wonky. So a quick 2 min CAD design and i have a cutting template for straight roach cards.
The backboard is 3mm high which i use to line the roach my scissors tear anything thicker than 3mm hence the height. Flip it upside down when cutting so you can see the straight edge.
Printer for RAW papers that come with roach card 54mm x 24mm this template is 27mm.
** Added another file with a side for easier aligning.
