It is a holder for the sigma bc 14 cycle computer. The holder is intended for the end of aerobars. The cycle computer is held at the same angle as your aerobars.
The original computer holder fits snugly into the printed holder. On the bottom side, you then fix it with the original four screws of the original holder.
The rotating sigma holder is not part of the print due to the detail and demanding accuracy of the print, which would result in insufficient security of the attachment. The screws for the aerobars have a slight clearance in the angle and thus allow a slight turning at an angle and thus adaptation to your ergonomics.
Part of the holder is also an eyelet for attaching a hydration tube.
As for the setup and material.
During development I used several settings and layer height from 0.05 - 0.2. The model remains accurate regardless of layer height. I set the fill to 0%. It is not needed when printing. The model itself is solid enough. After 3,000 km, no cracks appeared on the bracket, nor do I feel that it has become axially less rigid in any way.
I had the first prototype without a tube holder printed from PLA. I have the current version printed from a Colorfabb XT-CF20.
