I recreated my original case to protect magnetic connector( https://www.alza.cz/alzapower-magcore-plug-usb-c-3ks-d6486455.htm ) and added few tweaks.
Extension cord used have 190 x 52 mm dimensions(main body), mount is held in inserts mainly by friction(you might need to persuade it to fit in.. with pliers or hammer..). I used M3x10 and nut as an insurance.
