This is printable on a 220x220 build plate if you rotate the part 45 degrees. The body will need some supports. I also suggest some supports for the center of the wheel/tire.
Use a brim or raft - very prone to warping! Mine warped even in PLA I scaled up to 100.8% in X and Y (your mileage may vary) 100% infill in PLA Annealed in the oven at 200c for 1.5 hr (buried in table salt to prevent warping)
