I like traditional desk drawer trays. Simple, lives at the front, holds my pens or my allen keys for my nearby printer etc. I modelled these after the old school kind but realised that the drawers are two different sizes where the fascia…
I wanted to ditch the floppy umbilical but not add any weight to the gantry to preserve my input shaping. 10x15 cable chain fits all the wires. The extruder connector fits but you have to press it through. A bit fussy. However, this…
Small spacers, two different sizes. Printed mine in ABS and it's been hassle free for three years. Excellent throttle control. Undo your throttle and pop them in. It's that easy.
New and improved! Some have asked for one that is chamfered and stronger. So here it is. I've also included the f3d file. -------------------------------------- My 701 had the fork cables banging off the forks. Plus I wanted them off the…
Tired of finding the hole you can't see when the bed is in the way? You want this. It's not pretty, but it's dead on and works. Now on version 2. My modelling skills have improved a bit over the past yeat plus I am moving my sensor and…
I bought an Ikea Alex dupe that came with castors. I didn't want that so I made these. Mine go where the castors are and are different than these, but I wanted to share the .step file for them. You can use the supplied one to drill holes…
Most of the shop vac attachments here are too small. My vacuum is a larger one. This fits my Ridgid shopvac hose just fine. Gets right in the bed ways. It's beefy, and seems to get in all the right places on my milling machine. This fits…
Ever need a 10mm socket in a pinch and don't have one? Never lose this one unless you lose your keys. You'll probably break it tightening whatever has come loose. Good thing you have a printer. Print at 102% for an easy fit. 100% presses…
Modern radios in the Ford Sierra / Merkur don't need the fader joystick and some want a USB port or blanked off. This replicates the OEM cover 83-BG-13K-732-BA. If you have a right hand drive car, just mirror this model. I have included…
Troodon 2.0 2020 extrusion top rails for mounting anything to the top of the enclosure. Such as enraged rabbit or a spool holder etc. You'll need 4x400mm 2020 extrusions, and tap the ends for M6. Add some t-nuts and you are good to go.…
A remix of the previous dome light. If you want to remove the XR4Ti logo, just load it into tinkercad or what have you and blank it out, or add your own logo. Print this in ABS, so it will survive your car interior. Or polycarbonate. ABS…
Whenever I drop my maglite flashlight it makes a horrible noise, breaks something, or dents it. Make the end of the handle a bit softer.
Remix of the StealthySwiss to accept a GDStime 4020 fan. Slip fit 4020 fan in the front. Use the back file with M3x25 screws and a fan cover if you want a guarantee of it not coming out. I've tried a few attempts, but the back file always…
SINO and others make a rather standard set of DRO scales for the BF20 milling machine clones. Note that there are two bed lengths for these mills and this set is for the more widely used longer bed. If your DRO is not the SINO brand, or…
Tevo Tornado BL Touch for stock fans or what have you. Installing this I use a Z -0.8 offset. Print slow. All infill. Make it the strongest print you can. Zero flex is the goal. PLA to start but aim to make one from ABS or PETG. Make two…
Printed out the original part and found that the drawer pulls on my Beach machinist tool chest had no lip and also had a taper. I'm not sure if the Kennedy ones do in later or earlier years, but this prints with zero supports. This pull…
Wanting to set your esteps for the extruder but don't have a caliper? Do it enough that you keep banging your nice calipers on the frame? Only have a big thick sharpie and it makes a mark on your filament 7mm wide? Fear not. Following the…
A 2 piece speaker stand for larger desktop speakers or monitors. There is a hole in the base and the top to pass wires through. You should be able to hide the wires well. Shaft walls are 2.4mm thick for 6 walls at 0.4mm. Glue may not be…
This is a gib lock for most BF20 milling clones out there. The Grizzly G0704 is a popular American version of this milling machine. These are prone to breakage if a way movement crashes into one. This is a good replacement. Locks just…
HDB makes a handlebar mount for the Husqvarna 701 / KTM 690 that this fits. I clip my mini molle bag onto this on longer trips for cell phone charging, wallet, glasses case or whatever you need fast access to. Suits the pictured bags from…

I don't run perch mirrors on my Husqvarna 701 so I added a small bolt to hold this in place. You can just install it between your mirror and perch if need be. I printed mine in ABS and vapour smoothed it with acetone so it's nearly…
I made this for my Fiesta ST, someone asked for the file, here we go. Drill the bumper, rivet a nutsert in and bolt the plate to it through the nutserts. M6 I believe. You need to add holes in this file that match where YOU want to put…
Just saw some flex in my original mounting plate and solved for X. Thought I'd share. Category: 3D Printer Parts
I have tried making some Kaiser cutters for my wife before, and they were flimsy. My design is substantial and if you choose to make it out of ABS and vapour smooth it, it will hold up. Mine was printed solid in ABS. 10 perimeters.…
Once you loosen the R8 drawbar, it's fiddly to get the 8mm wrench on there before it releases the tool holder. Pop this on and spin it. Print it once or twice to nail the internal square diameter, then print it solid. My printer is well…
This is a license plate back to keep your plate stiff so it doesn't get torn off. Fits North American plates only and a stock mudguard.
This foam cannon stand solves the basic 85mm foam cannon tipping over easily. Just slide the cannon into the stand and go. If your printer is calibrated well it should press fit into the stand and stay put, not needing anything else. Two…
This TFI coil mount will allow you to move your coil from the chassis rail to the fender panel. Cleaner look, less heat. I use an MSD Blaster TFI Coils 8227 and it looks great. Stock coil fits this. Should fit any TFI Ford car, but the…
A Tornado fang to be used with the stock 24v fan and in conjunction with my bowden extender: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4325059 Category: 3D Printer Parts
I designed this with the idea that standard fittings bite the capricorn tube and this just clamps it. Pop the barbs out of the fitting and use the metal to clasp around. Or use this if your fitting has lost the ability to grasp the tube.…
